Vous trouverez en téléchargement le document « Principes en vue de l’utilisation d’une église pour une manifestation culturelle non cultuelle » ainsi que la demande d’autorisation pour l’organisation d’une telle manifestation, selon le cadre défini par la loi de séparation des Eglises et de l’Etat (9 décembre 1905 et 2 janvier 1907) et la circulaire du Ministère de l’Intérieur, de l’Outre-Mer et des Collectivités territoriales, en date du 25 mai 2009.
Ces documents officiels ont pour but de favoriser un véritable partenariat entre les propriétaires et les affectataires des édifices de culte catholique, dans le strict respect des responsabilités qui leur incombent, selon les termes de la loi, lorsque des demandes sont faites pour organiser des manifestations culturelles dans ces édifices affectés au culte catholique.
Ce patrimoine cultuel présente aussi, dans bien des cas, un intérêt architectural et artistique qui autorise sa mise à disposition pour des manifestations culturelles ponctuelles et compatibles avec sa destination première.
